ونستمر فى عرض سلسلة تاريخ الاناضول والدولة العثمانية عن الايام الاخيرة فى حياة مؤسس الدولة العثمانية "عثمان الاول " والذى توفى متأثرا بمرض النقرس حيث كان شرها جدا فى اكل اللحوم بالاضافة لعدم خروجه على رأس جيشه فى الحروب وارتكانه الى الراحة والدعة مما أثر على صحته بشكل كبير

صراع ابناء عثمان الاول على الحكم
انجب عثمان الاول سبعة من الابناء وكان اروخان اكثرهم رغبة فى الحكم والذى بدأ السعى لذلك فى حياة ابيه حيث:1- اغرى الكثير من الجنود بالمال لاستمالتهم الية
2- استمال اليه قادة الثغور العثمانية وحصل على بيعة معظمهم
3- بدأ فى محاربة اخوته وتخلص من "باظرلى بك"، و"جوبان بك"، و"حميد بك"، و"مالك بك"، و"صاووجي بك"،
4- لم يتخلص من "علاء الدين باشا". لانه كان رجل دين وزاهد فى متاع الدنيا ونصحه مستشاريه بعدم قتله حتى لايثور الشعب عليه

تزوج اروخان من ابنتى امبراطور الروم وامبراطور بيزنطة ليستفيد من الدولتين العظميتين حينئذمعارك اروخان الاول وكيفية ادارته شئون الدولة العثمانية
وانشاءه لفرق الانكشاريةمرض اروخان ابن عثمان الاول
وفي أواخر أيامه.. بيصاب اروخان بالنقرس زي ابوه.. فبيعتزل الحياة السياسية.وصية اروخان لابنائه لخلافته على عرش الدولة العثمانية
يكلف اروخان ابنه "مراد" بإدارة شئون الدولة "إداريًا".. وبيوصي بالحكم من بعده لابنه الأكبر وقائد جيوشه.. "سليمان باشا".. ومن بعده "خليل باشا".. ومن بعدهم "مراد بككيف قتل مراد الاول ابن اروخان اخوته للفوز بالعرش

ويبدأ مراد الاول سلسلة قتل اخوته يبدأها بخليل باشا حيث استأجر قراصنة من بحر ايجه
فقاموا باختطاف خليل باشا ولم يستطع اروخان انقاذ ابنه بالجيش العثمانلى الذى انهزم على يد القراصنة فدفع فدية ضخمة لاسترداد ابنه ولكن خليل باشا يصاب بمرض غامض بعد تحريره يعجزه عن تولى اى شئون عامة
اما سليمان باشا فقد كان فارسا شجاعا ولم يمنع ذلك مراد الاول من تدبير مكيدة لقتله
